Bio-Dry (waterless cleaning)
In response to the Level 4 Drought conditions in Metro Atlanta we have introduced a waterless concrete cleaning product that will keep your location looking presentable. Unsightly oil and grease stains can be greatly reduced with applications of this product. A very fine powder is used to treat the stains and continues to work after we leave. Bio-Dry seeps into the pours of the concrete and enzymes will break the oil down into carbon and water.

This product is specifically designed to attack petroleum based stains. Other general stains generally lighten, but not to the effect that regular pressure washing would remove them. |
| Banks, Restaurant Drive Thru's, or any other area that battles oil related stains can effectively be treated with BIO-DRY. Drive thru lanes can be treated for as little as $30.00 per lane. Typically an initial application will be applied, followed by another treatment two weeks later and then be maintained on a monthly basis thereafter. |
